Dear esteemed members,

First of all let me thank all members for electing us as Office Bearers for the year 2012-13.
The meeting on 3rd March, 2012 for felicitating members of our branch who have completed 50 glorious years in the profession was well attended and appreciated from all corners. Appreciation letters were received even from people not related to the profession.
We are nearing the end of the Financial year 2011-12. It is time to refresh our skills and prepare for the coming year. The Central and State Budgets have already been presented and are on the floor for discussion. Bank audits, even though there are certain uncertainties about it, are to be completed in April. With a view to study and prepare for these we are conducting a one day Seminar on 24th March. The detailed Seminar materials are also published along with this. Relevant portions from the RBI circular with regard to audit of banks are also published for your information and reference.
As already announced, the Members’ Dire
